BFRS is a Social Enterprise that was created to work in support of the Armed Forces Community (AFC). We support them by working with companies across the UK that are looking to hire, re-train, and offer career advice to the them.
We successful host National Careers Fairs across the country and our aim is to continuously introduce the AFC to companies and try to ensure they are fully aware of the benefits of employing from this community.

I love this place, we had such a good night here. Not the classiest joint, a girl projectile vomited outside but it adds to to the ambiance. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent compact course, 11 unique holes of which 7 are played twice for a round of 18. Lovely tree lined fairways on this course that has been around for a hundred years and this maturity is reflected in the quality of the greens. It's not the longest golf course but has some tricky holes based on the fact that lay up shots have to be precise as there are punishments either before the green or around it. Great to play on a cool crisp spring morning, excellent drainage means that it doesn't get bogged down even in the depths of winter. Excellent rates for students - £150 a year is unbeatable literally anywhere
A pleasant surprise. 11hole course but don't let that put you off. The fairways are narrow so placement is the order of the day. The greens are some of the best in Yorkshire. A small friendly club and nice golfing experience

A good place to meet friends and/or colleagues for a drink and chat. Especially when it's sunny & warm enough to sit ourside on the terrace. As someone no longer wanting or able (medically) to imbibe, then the coffee options were first class. Naturally as a SPORTS CLUB then...it's a good location to watch sport ...whether live, immediately outside ...or on the various large screens easily visible around the room.

Nice gym and good classes but not as many as the other university gym on the other campus.. Would be amazing to have more choice. Love the possibility to book single classes also without the membership

Fantastic place for the Community to come together. It's home to more than one charity, each one suits specific age group, and abilities. The fun days that are held here enable all the groups to come together as one. Those who run Door 84 deserve a medal for bringing everyone together and for the hard work they do to keep the charities up and running, making them available to everyone and promoting the charities through many forms of media. Five stars guys. 😀
